Martial Wellness is a cultivated state of wellbeing  so deep, skillful and practiced that it maintains resilience in the face of any challenge. Many of the health practices popular today focus on improving wellness within the confines of your body or mind. The martial emphasis inherent in the methods I teach takes that wellbeing to the next level, training you to maintain the integrity of your internal state in the face of adversity, allowing you to project it out into the world to affect positive transformation.

My goal is to support you on your path to discovering what martial wellness feels like for yourself. Through a guided exploration of these ancient methods and a period of practicing them on your own, you will discover new dimensions in your physical, mental and spiritual experience.
