One on one private sessions will help you to achieve your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. Each person enters into training for different reasons and with a unique background and movement habits. Private training allows me to customize a practice regimen specifically tailored to your individual needs. These sessions also give me the space to give detailed feedback that will accelerate your ability to perform the exercises correctly.

Ultimately, my goal is to guide you towards a stable place where your personal practice will continuously develop improved structural alignment, effective martial skills and a focused and mindful perspective.

Private Training is held either in person in New York City or online via Zoom, Facetime or Skype.

1 hour: $140
1.5 hours: $200
2 hours: $250

Online training sessions
1 hour: $100
1.5 hours: $140
2 hours: $160

Sliding Scale Fee
Reduced fee sessions are available on a limited basis and depend upon a person’s resources and ability to pay.
