Tui Na

Traditional Tui Na, and its associated Zheng Gu techniques, form a unique, hands-on therapy which is both adaptable and clinically effective. Traditional Tui Na contains Zheng Gu (“Correct the Bone”) methods which realign and restore integrity to the joints and soft tissue. Together these two methods create a potent form of bodywork rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine.

Zang Fu Tui Na regulates both the function of the internal organs (Zang Fu), and the whole body through energetic visceral mobilization techniques.
